This page covers important details such as booking, payments, cancellations, rescheduling, photo delivery, and usage rights. BOOKING
Booking requires a $45 deposit. The remaining balance is due the day of your photoshoot. You will not receive any images unless your session is paid in full.
RESCHEDULING
Emergencies happen, things come up, plans fall through, and life happens. I have a flexible rescheduling policy — just message me, and we’ll work together to find a new date that fits your schedule!
If I ever need to reschedule due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new date at no extra cost.
Please note: Once a reschedule is agreed upon, the session remains active, and your deposit is held. If you do not finalize a new date or delay communication, the session is still considered valid and your deposit non-refundable unless you explicitly cancel per the cancellation policy.
If you choose to cancel after agreeing to reschedule, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
CANCELING
If we have a session booked and you wish to cancel and NOT reschedule your session; a minimum of a 48 hour notice is required to get your deposit back. Anything sooner than 48 hours gets a 100% refund on your deposits. My time is valuable and I have limited bookings available. Canceling with short or no notice takes away opportunities from others, wastes my time, and I lose money.
Photographer-Initiated Changes & Rescheduling Options
In rare cases, I may need to adjust the time or date of a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. If this happens, I will notify you as early as possible and offer the opportunity to reschedule at a different time or date at no additional cost.
If you choose not to reschedule, and instead cancel the session, this will be treated as a client-initiated cancellation, and the standard cancellation policy will apply. This means that if the cancellation occurs within the 48 hour mark of the session, the deposit is non-refundable.
Your flexibility is always appreciated, and I will work with you to find a new time/date that suits us both whenever possible.
Communication Delays & Emergency Reschedules
If I need to reschedule a session due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. If a new date is not immediately confirmed, the session is still considered active and the deposit is held in place.
Please note: Once a client agrees to reschedule, failure to finalize a new date or delayed communication does not make the session eligible for a refund. I understand that both sides may have delays, and I’ll always do my best to respond quickly. However, a session remains valid and open unless the client explicitly chooses to cancel.
If the client later chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, and the cancellation occurs after rescheduling was offered and agreed to, it will be treated as a client-initiated cancellation, and the deposit is non-refundable, even if a new date had not yet been selected.
PAYMENT
Payments can be made via CashApp or Venmo. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. If you have any questions about payment plans or options, feel free to reach out!
USAGE RIGHTS
Arizona Lloyd Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. Clients receive personal usage rights, allowing them to download, print, and share their photos for personal use. Commercial use or editing of images without permission is not allowed. If you need additional usage rights, please contact me to discuss licensing options.
PHOTO DELIVERY
Your professionally edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 2 weeks of your session, but delivery times may vary under certain circumstances. The gallery allows you to view, download, and share your high-resolution images easily. Rush editing may be available for an additional fee—contact me for details!
